We offer a full money-back guarantee on all purchases made on our website but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below, to see the condition that applies to your situation while following the correct procedure.
If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Our Returns & Refunds Policy gives you forty-five (45) days to return products purchased online with a valid receipt provided that the products have not been used and are unopened. You are eligible for a full refund within 45 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 45-day period, we cannot offer you a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product(S) in the first 45 days after their purchase to ensure that they are fully satisfied.
All returned products will be examined for defects. Defective products will be recycled. Products without defects will be donated to local charities. As such, we do not have an exchange program (or policy for that matter).
To be eligible for a refund, all products must be packed in the original packaging that shipped with the products. If the product(s) is/are returned unopened in the original box, we will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges other than the original shipping costs invoiced if applicable. If you had purchased one of our kitts including the Jaunt Kitt, the Adventure Kitt, the Voyager Kitt, or Custom Kitt, the shipping charge will be limited to $15 per kitt. This means that we will offer you a refund net of $15 to help us offset shipping expenses.

To return a product or product, please follow the steps below.
- Email email@example.com to request a Return Authorization Number or RAN. When emailing us, please include your Order Number as well as your reason for requesting a RAN. Please note that you will have 45 days from the time we ship the product(s) to you to request a RAN.
- Once approved, we will send you a RAN. You can either print the RAN number and place the printed number in your box or write the RAN number on your shipping label.
- Ship the product(s) back to us.
- Please note: YOU MUST INCLUDE THE RAN ON ALL RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned products are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product(s). We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days net of shipping costs.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Products that have been opened.
- Products with obvious signs of use; and
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with “Refund#: ” followed by the Order Number or the RAN in your subject line. For example, if your Order Number is 1001, the subject line should read, “Refund#: 1001”.
To return your product, please mail it to the following address: TripKitt, LLC.; c/o: Authorized Returns; 13807 Nathan Ridge Ln; Cypress, Texas 77429 with your contact details.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product(s) unless the product(s) is/are defective. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Use of Pre-Paid Return Labels
If you had purchased one of our ‘kitts’ including the Jaunt Kitt, the Adventure Kitt, the Voyager Kitt, or the Custom Kitt, you will notice that there will be a pre-paid return shipping label in each kitt. These shipping labels are not intended to be used for refund requests. As with our policy, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. If you decide to use these pre-paid labels, you will be charged $25 or the actual shipping expense whichever is higher. Please note that we occasionally clean up our list of ‘outstanding pre-paid labels”. This means that the pre-paid labels will be deactivated and no longer be valid.
